Consider This a Public Service Announcement
Since I even have the luxury of managing many people as a dentist I even have found that most of us oldsters all have an equivalent issues when it comes to managing our teen age kids. for a few reason they do not always suppose that our past life experiences have any concerning their current situations. it's not that they do not wish to simply accept our advice; they do not wish to hear it. Oh, the thrill of being a parent.
I have seen plenty in my nearly thirty years of providing dental care to the Westside of l. a. . it is safe to mention I even have seen some trends over the years, a number of them good and thereforeme of them not so good. But, it still came as a surprise to me when a recent study by Oral Health America found that more than one third of usa citizens who frequently move to the dentist have crop this year. that is right 35th of usa citizens have postponed their visits to the dentist's workplace.
So, the first part of my public service announcement is that you shouldn't postpone seeing your dentist. There are many reasons for this. First, I feel very strongly that preventive dentistry is that the most cost economical method of taking care of your dental health additionally to it helping to insure your overall health furthermore (due to any or all the strong links between dental disease and alternative body issues like heart disease, diabetes and Alzheimer's to call a few). I will imagine that at now you might be thinking that this public service announcement is self serving, after all, i am a dentist.
